Natural Shea Butter, Truly Amazing-Organic Natural Skin Care

Natural Shea butter is extracted from Shea nuts-Butyrospermum pakii and is an wonderfully good moisturizer and emollient. It has anti-inflammatory properties which is great, especially if you are into natural healing remedies. Shea butter is awesome on its own and is even better when used in preparations for fading scars, alleviating eczema, burns, rashes, acne, stretch marks, and psoriasis. Shea butter has natural UV protection of approximately SPF 6, but you should never rely on Shea alone for ultimate sun protection. You can buy Shea butter and it can be used as a face and body cleanser and moisturizer, or if you like mix it up with your own essential oils and create your own signature scented Shea butter. It also can be used as a hair conditioner, its great for after being in the sun and if you get a little red. Slather on some Shea butter. Just make sure you are purchasing natural, if possible organic, fair traded Shea butter. I use Shea butter everyday after my shower. I also use it to keep my cuticles soft which in turn helps keep my nails healthy. There are so many great uses for natural Shea butter, and it’s been around for centuries. Natural Face Care, It’s Not Always Natural-Organic Natural Skin Care

Natural Face care is important if you’re worried about what you slather on your skin. What is natural? Natural is defined as plant based, botanical, natural botanical ingredients that are made from plant extracts and contain natural ingredients like essential oils. Natural does not necessarily mean it is organic. Natural may contain chemicals that can harm you. If the product or ingredient is truly natural you should be able to eat it, not that it will taste good, but it should be safe and wholesome. For example Vodka it can be harsh, maybe even organic, at the same time it’ll help soothe cystic acne while you sleep. Vodka you say, well yes it’s just the alcohol derived from either wheat or potatoes. It can make you act silly and if you over do it a bit sick. But in the end it is natural. One thing to always remember is whatever you slather on your body will end up inside your body, so you ask yourself would I eat this? If the answer is no then do not put it on your body. Natural face care is supposed to be natural no chemicals all plants, and making your own organic natural skin care products a is a great way to know whats going on your body. Organic Natural Skin Care, How Important It Really Is

Here’s a great article I came acroos regarding organic cosmetics and one brand in particular. I think it’s great that they have not sold themselves out, and continue to maintain their own brand and create quality products.

BAD BOLL/ECKWAELDEN, Germany (Reuters Life!) - Natural beauty care products maker Dr. Hauschka is turning down offers for new markets at a time when rivals are struggling to persuade consumers to pay up for cosmetics.

WALA, a medium-sized company based in the sleepy German village of Bad Boll near Stuttgart, rose to fame after Hollywood star Julia Roberts and pop stars like Madonna and Kylie Minogue discovered its Dr. Hauschka natural cosmetics.

Surfing on a green wave of growing demand for organic products from food to furniture, WALA’s natural remedies and beauty products are now available in more than 30 countries and keep attracting interest from distributors across the world.

“We have many requests, but we turn down most of them,” WALA Chief Executive Johannes Stellmann told Reuters in an interview.

Organic Natural Skin Care, Acne, Apple Cider and Aspirin Toner-Organic Makeup

Apple cider vinegar is beneficial when trying to clear up your acne and acne scars. Why? Well the salicylic acid from the aspirin works like a powerful exfoliant and astringent at the same time. If this toner works for you then you can play with the amount of apple cider vinegar you use. Many people apply the vinegar directly to the skin, but this may be way to harsh if you have sensitive skin.

You’ll want to first dilute the vinegar: 8 parts water to 1 part vinegar
Next crush the aspirin tablets with either your mortar and pestle or a bowl and spoon or bottom of a cup. Then add the to the water/vinegar mix.
Apply the toner sparingly ONLY to areas that have acne or enlarged pores.

1/2 ounce organic apple cider vinegar
3 ounces mineral water
5 plain uncoated aspirin tablets
